1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LyncView ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LyncView is a cloud-based project management platform that provides checklist tracking, client transparency portals, AI-powered email processing, and related tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
5. Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to LyncView. We do not sell your data. You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the Service's operation.
7. AI Features
AI email processing features analyze email content to suggest project updates. AI suggestions are recommendations only — you review and approve all actions before they are applied. AI features are subject to usage limits based on your plan.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LyncView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
