Inviting team members (worker role)

Workers are team members who can access projects under your account but don't have admin or billing rights. Useful for adding employees, contractors, or junior staff.

To invite a worker

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click Invite Worker.
  3. Enter their name and email, click Send Invite.

They'll receive an email to set a password. After setting it, they sign in at the regular login URL with the same access points as owners — they just see fewer settings and can't access billing.

Worker limits per plan

  • Starter: No workers. Single owner only.
  • Pro: Up to 3 workers
  • Business: Unlimited workers

Removing a worker

From Settings → Team, click the worker, then Remove. Their account is deactivated immediately. Tasks they were assigned remain in place; you can reassign them.

Reactivating a worker

Re-invite them with the same email. Their previous task assignments and history are restored.
