Managing your subscription
Subscription management happens through the Stripe customer portal — same secure interface that handles your payment.
To open the portal
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. You'll be redirected to a Stripe-hosted page where you can:
- Update your payment method
- Change your billing address
- Download past invoices as PDF
- Cancel your subscription
Canceling
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. After that, your account moves to the Starter tier (free reads of existing data, no new project limits, no AI). Your data is preserved.
Refunds
If something's genuinely wrong with the service, email support@lyncview.com. We handle refunds case-by-case. We don't auto-refund unused trial-period billing or partial months, but we're reasonable.

Receipts and invoices
Stripe emails a receipt automatically after each payment. Past invoices are available in the customer portal as PDFs. If you need an invoice with a specific company name or VAT number, you can update billing details in the portal.
